One Tank Road Trip From New Orleans?
I am going to be planning a trip for a weekend get-a-way with my mother and myself. I want to go to Alabama, she wants to go to a haunted plantation. Problem? She wants to go this weekend and most places are already booked.
I tried looking up some ideas just to get out of my stressful life for at least a weekend, but whenever I search it only pulls up Cajun tours or Plantations.
Anyone have any ideas as to where to go and what see? Keep in mind, living in Louisiana all my life.. I have been on swamp tours and plantation tours, and traveled the casino drive in Mississippi. I am hoping to do something a little Historical and not too expensive.
