Can you help me to prepare for a purchasing nightmare??
I purchase the food for a casino, we have a 4 day cajun festival next month. I always spend a lot of money (casino’s money) for this festival every year, but now this year they want to make it all free. Admission was always free, and now they want the food free. Is it even possible to calculate for the mass amounts of food that the public will eat, when there are no limits to when, what, or how often they eat?
We do not plan on running out of food.
It is my job to not run out.
Order 2.5 times the amount of food you ordered in last year. "IF" it was an all you can eat last year… They will come in by the droves and eat until they burst when it is free…
