The guy that you linked to in the 4th bullet-point said, “The odds of a 14-0 Georgia Bulldog team being crowned national champions on January 8th, 2009 are under 1%.”
Actually, I think that should read: “The odds of a 14-0 Georgia Bulldog team being crowned national champions on January 8th, 2009 are 100%.” The way the statement begins means that Georgia would go 14-0. If that is the case, then they absolutely would have an outright claim at the national championship.
I think what he meant was: The odds of a 14-0 Georgia Bulldog team are under 1%.
Nonetheless, it's all a bunch of numbers at this point.

Comparing mini-events to company wide events…
It is more common in mini-events for the writers to know going into the event, what's what. I think company wide events lead to burnout. If you're a small fry at Marvel/DC, and Uncle Ben is resurrected or Hal Jordan is killed you must shut your mouth & work through it.
I know that if I'm forced to do something that I think is stupid, I don't bother to do it well.
So, bad mini-events are better than bad events.
But a good company wide event is better than a good mini-event because all sorts of crazy things can happen with most of the characters in the universe. It's like comparing a tour of a city versus a walk through a park.

Now you take the max home without a way to pay- On your first catch they ID you, enter you into the system, issue you a warning that stays on their record for 12 months. If in that 12 months you encounter a second catch (say after the weekly US citizenship classes, that you teach, end and you’ve left your wallet in the community center…) you’ll get a fine usually about $150-$175 and potentially be ‘excluded’ from the service for 30 days or more… It’s gets exponentially better thereafter.

The most recent updates are that the Georgia state Legislatures have
left the University of Georgia Budget cuts into the hands of President Michael Adams(president of UGA) and the Board of Regents.
The proposed budget cuts include around 22% of cuts to Georgia Agriculture. This proposed budget includes cutting all Georgia 4-H Funding, half of all the University of Georgia Extension offices and many other cuts to Agriculture.
Georgia 4-H is a big deal, It is by far one of the best 4-H programs in the US With over 200,000 members. Therefore their is a whole lot of protest going on about this wonderful youth organization, which has become a lifestyle for thousands of people.
