I work at mcdonalds, we probably get about… 3 people a day who call in and say we messed up. We always feel bad about it, but sometimes it’s really just us screwing up. Someone could make the bag of food and then leave it there and someone else gives it to the wrong person, it happens all the time. It’s not just you, trust me
