You Can Have Fun and Also Watch Your Health

Good luck trying to stay fit in South Louisiana. Between our awesome food and robust party life, it’s no wonder we are the respiratory and circulatory illness capitol of the world.

Paying attention to your health and wellness and the cues your body is giving is very important but most of us do not have the time or energy to concentrate on removal of toxins and general wellbeing. We all endure frenetic schedules and continual tension that damages our systems and cause more health concerns. But who has the time to exercise and keep track of what we eat for dietary value? Not this guy.

And so when I track down something that is beneficial and I swear by it I love to share the information. These days I am discussing Nopalea, a great tasting anti-inflammatory health and wellness drink made from the Nopal cactus that contains rare antioxidants (Betalains) that have been scientifically proven to help the body maintain a better state of health.

The proven nutrients in Nopalea perform by helping the body diminish inflammation and purify itself of toxins. So if you’re in distress, or enduring the anxiety of day-to-day life and want to invigorate your body, I strongly recommend you check out their website. Also give them a quick toll-free phone call and get a free bottle today. Send us your comments and let us know how well Nopalea performs for you.

Improving US Food Safety

Vice President Biden, Chair of the Middle Class Task Force, along with Task Force Members Secretary Sebelius and Secretary Vilsack, announce the findings of the Presidentâ??s Food Safety Working Group. President Obama established the group in March to coordinate Federal efforts and develop short- and long-term agendas to make food safer.

Vice President Biden announced key actions that the Obama Administration is taking to improve the safety of the US food supply:

* Strengthening "traceback" so that contaminated food is quickly identified and removed from shelves and that people get quick information about problems;
* Instituting a new salmonella rule to prevent contamination in the egg industry;
* Issuing new FDA guidance to prevent e. coli O157:H7 contamination of leafy greens, melon, and tomatoes; and

Yats – Cajun Food

This place wasn’t that bad. It is good for people that have never tried Cajun food before. Nothing I tried was that spicy and it all had good flavor. They let you sample the dishes that they have so your are not going into it blind. Plus it was cheap. The wife and I ate for , we got two different dishes and drank water. Plus as usual it was a great time meeting everyone.
