Which U.S. states would you rather live in for…?
1.Which state would you like to spend the rest of your life?
For me: Texas! It is easy to find Homes for Sale in Lewisville !
2. Reserved but genteel and giving people
For me: Mississippi, Louisiana (cajun country), N. Carolina
3. Consistently nice, comfortable weather
For me: Hmmm…my pick would be California, although I have no desire to live there long-term. So, parts of Texas and the deep South have hot summers but mild winters. I’ll go with that.
4. Urban living (i.e. the "fast paced" life)
For me: Texas, New York, Washington st., Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina
5. Rural living (i.e. the "simple" life)
For me: Texas, the Rockies, Pacific NW, or Southeast. (Take your pick.)
Thus, if you’ve only been to cities, you haven’t seen the laid-back, friendly parts.
Since I cannot STAND hot, especially humid hot, I’ll stay here, thank you. (Northern California).
Some of the most beautiful country you can ever hope to see is the northern California coast.

Christine Balfa plays the triangle, (or T’fer, pronounced TEE FAIR), and On the fiddles are Courtney Granger and Kevin Wimmer, who are also in Balfa Toujours with Christine. They play this beautiful rendition of an old Acadian tune on just three instruments. Enjoy. P.S. Anyone know thew name of this tune ?

Part 6d: On How the Chinese Communist Party Destroyed Traditional Culture
On How the Chinese Communist Party Destroyed Traditional Culture
The CCP has devoted the nation's resources to destroying China's rich traditional culture. The CCP's destruction of Chinese culture has been planned, well organized, and systematic, made possible by the state's use of violence. Since its establishment, the CCP has never stopped "revolutionizing" Chinese culture in the attempt to completely destroy its spirit.

Mamou mardi gras 2010 – by HCProductions.org
Traditional Mardi Gras is a great deal different from the over commercialized Mardi Gras such as New Orleans. This is just a small sample of some of the rich Cajun culture distinct to Louisiana and one of the only cultures native to the United States. This video specifically covers the Mardis Gras of the town of Mamou, Louisiana…the home of Cajun music. Enjoy and remember, though there may be some libation involved…the TRUE Mardis Gras is NOT just about boobies and beads…look it up and learn the cultural tradition for yourself.
